Tiki, the benefits and loyalty platform

Tiki gathers into one product what used to be scattered across paper booklets, spreadsheets and individual transfers: issuing, distributing, controlling and accounting for benefits.

Why a single platform

A company that hands out meal vouchers, gives gift cards at year end and reimburses expenses does the same work three times with three different tools. The beneficiaries are the same, the checks are alike, the records go to the same place.

Tiki starts from that observation: a shared foundation — beneficiaries, wallets, rules, traceability — with product blocks resting on top. Turning on a second block doesn't mean rebuilding your base or learning a second tool.

What we hold to

The rule applies, it isn't recalled

A cap, a scope, a date: if they aren't checked at the transaction, they are intentions. The platform enforces them.

Nothing gets lost along the way

Every movement carries its author, its reason and its timestamp. Reconciliation runs on data, not on recollection.

The portal and the API do the same thing

What a user does on screen, a system can do by call. Automation is not a second product.
